Deep Drawing Technology

Deep Drawing Technology

Drawing technology refers to the process of cold forming metal strip into various hollow shape parts by means of drawing, pressing and other deformation modes under the premise of ensuring plastic deformation of metal materials. Deep drawing technology is an economic and environmental - friendly high - tech process. Even if the volume is small to 1mm in diameter and the wall is the thinnest to 0.1mm in diameter, we can pull deep. Deep drawing has an efficient material utilization rate, which can reach more than 70%. At the same time, efficient moulds and stamping equipment are used, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost and environmental burden. Of course, compared with the traditional turning, the efficiency is greatly improved. More importantly, the drawing process is a kind of metal cold deformation, which increases the mechanical properties of the product to some extent, such as surface hardness. Yuchin used continuous die and transfer die technology to produce hundreds of different parts. The materials used include carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, nickel alloy, aluminum alloy, Inconel,Kovar and other special materials. Our drawing punch is mainly imported equipment, and the continuous drawing machine is from 60 tons to 300 tons. Transfer mode from 45 tons to 300 tons. A total of 13 deep drawing and stamping production lines (July 2018). With the rapid development of the business, our equipment is being added at a rate of 30% per year.
