Mould Technology

All the moulds of yuqin are designed and developed by us. In addition to some standard parts of the mold, most of the parts are processed by our mold center to ensure the quality of the parts and increasingly stringent delivery time. We have a team of experienced mold design and debugging. Most of these experts have relevant experience in foreign companies, and over 50% have been employed for more than 10 years. We have rich experience in the development of precision continuous moulds and transmission moulds with high requirement of electromechanical integration. At present, our mold production capacity is 25 sets per year. With the expansion of production capacity, it is expected to achieve the annual production capacity of 50 sets by 2020.
